Products represent the customer-facing services or applications your team owns. Linking incidents to products makes it easy to track impact, generate customer-facing communications, and identify which products are most affected.

Product fields

Linking to incidents
When creating or editing an incident, select one or more products from the Affected Products picker. This automatically populates the incident's customer impact section and makes the product appear in filtered views.
Product detail
Clicking a product shows:
- All incidents that have affected this product (with severity and status)
- The internal services mapped to it
- The product owner(s)
