The Service Catalog is the central registry of every internal service your organisation operates. It tracks ownership, dependencies, SLOs, environments, and health scores in one place.

Each card shows:

  • Service name and description
  • Owning team
  • Tech stack tags
  • Current scorecard health score (A–F)
  • Dependency count

Adding a service

Click + Add Service and fill in:

Service detail

Opening a service shows:

  • Overview — description, links, metadata
  • Dependencies — upstream and downstream services (visualised in the dependency graph)
  • SLOs — availability and latency targets with current status
  • Environments — prod, staging, dev with deployment info
  • Integrations — ArgoCD app, PagerDuty service, Prometheus metrics mapping
  • Scorecard — automatic health score based on configured rules
  • Runbook — per-service operational runbook (markdown)
